First 3CT Masterclass
“How to Design, Fund, and Lead Your First Successful Clinical Trial”
June 2-3, 2026 | Embassy of France, Washington, DC

We are pleased to announce the launch of the first edition of the 3CT Masterclass, an exclusive educational program dedicated to young investigators and emerging clinical trial leaders.

The Masterclass will take place on June 2–3, 2026, at the Embassy of France in Washington, DC:

  • June 2, 2026 — Afternoon session following the 3CT Workshop, followed by dinner at the Embassy

  • June 3, 2026 — Morning session

Developed in response to strong demand from fellows and early-career physicians, this first edition aims to provide practical, hands-on insight into the realities of clinical research leadership. Beyond trial methodology, the program focuses on the critical skills required to successfully move from participation in trials to designing, funding, and leading independent clinical studies.

Conceived as a highly interactive and off-record forum, the Masterclass will bring together a select group of participants in a confidential and collaborative environment. Through concise, high-impact presentations and in-depth discussions with internationally recognized experts, attendees will explore:

  • Clinical trial design and methodology

  • Funding strategies and grant applications

  • Building and leading successful research teams

  • Operational and regulatory challenges

  • Practical aspects of conducting investigator-initiated trials

  • Career development in academic clinical research
