Practical Information
All speakers participating remotely are asked to pre-record their presentation, in order to avoid any potential issues during the meeting (such as poor connection, firewall issues blocking the sharing of slides, unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances etc...).

IMPORTANT: To enter the Embassy grounds, you must go through security and present an international passport or a United States-issued ID (state or federal).
Once you have cleared security, walk up to the ramp on your right hand side toward the Maison Française and proceed to the registration desk.
