REMOTE SPEAKERS

All speakers participating remotely are asked to pre-record their presentation, in order to avoid any potential issues during the meeting (such as poor connection, firewall issues blocking the sharing of slides, unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances etc...).

IMPORTANT: To enter the Embassy grounds, you must go through security and present an international passport or a United States-issued ID (state or federal).

Once you have cleared security, walk up to the ramp on your right hand side toward the Maison Française and proceed to the registration desk.

TRANSPORT

We invite all participants from academia, press, patient advocacy and EMA to make their way to the hotel or venue from the airport or train station and back, using a taxi or a car-sharing service and keep the receipt for reimbursement following the Workshop. No airport transfers have been organized.

SHUTTLE BUS

A shuttle bus service will transport you from the hotel to the venue and back at the following times:

  • From the hotel to the French Embassy on Thursday, departing at 7:45 AM

  • From the French Embassy to the hotel on Thursday after dinner, roughly at 8:00 PM

  • From the hotel to the French Embassy on Friday, departing at 7:45 AM

  • From the French Embassy to the hotel on Friday after dinner, roughly at 8:00 PM

  • From the hotel to the French Embassy on Thursday, departing at 7:45 AM

Please provide this document to the agency you chose to issue the tickets. The agency will fill it in by adding its name, phone details and stamp before sending it to the participants for whom it would have issued tickets.
