I am a cardiologist and CICU physician at St. Marianna University School of Medicine Hospital in Japan. My clinical and research interests focus on cardiogenic shock, invasive hemodynamics, mechanical circulatory support, and VA-ECMO weaning physiology. I am particularly interested in dynamic assessment of RV–PA coupling during VA-ECMO weaning and its application to patient phenotyping and trial design in cardiogenic shock.
